The Homebuilders Association Vancouver (HAVAN) is dedicated to promoting the professionalism of the residential construction industry. HAVAN provides year-round education programming with topics ranging from BC Energy Step Code and Passive House Canada principles, to high-performance homes and business management skills.
eLearn has been designed to deliver industry-focused, cost-effective, and accessible continuing education to audiences across BC. HAVAN focuses on offering courses approved by BC Housing as part of its Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program, to assist BC homebuilders maintain their builders license each year.

Purchased courses are to be completed within 90 days or they will expire and the student will be required to re-purchase the course.
